President & CEO/Managing DirectorEduardo Ponce is President & CEO of Pathview Capital, a Nationwide Real Estate Firm in Southern California. A veteran with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Eduardo is recognized as an Award winning expert in Commercial Lending, Real Estate Consulting & other Business Lending Services. He's an underwriting expert in Real Estate where he specializes in many sectors, including, but not limited to CRE, Investment Properties, Industrial, Office, High Risk Properties, SBA, Gas Stations and Hospitality sectors. In his various business & transaction management capacities, Eduardo has oversaw & managed over $5 Billion dollars in deal flow activity.
Throughout the tenure of Eduardo’s career, he has served within and consulted for middle market to Fortune 500 corporations. Previous to founding Pathview Capital, Eduardo also serves as President of The Ponce Group Insurance and Financial Services, a Business Development & Consulting Firm, also located in Southern California. Here, he advises various small to medium businesses through business origination, development and sale activity. In addition, they provide Life & Health Insurance to businesses & consumers. Prior to The Ponce Group, Eduardo was Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at the State Bank of India (California) where he led Financing for Commercial Real Estate properties including within Industrial, Multi-Family, Office, Hospitality & various other Industries. He has also held former Senior Management positions at U.S. Bank, Citibank and Washington Mutual where he has garnered National recognition at each organization for consistent top 5% performance in Production and Performance. A Committed Leader in elevating opportunities for local communities, Eduardo is very active in various Chamber of Commerce's with multiple cities and business development organizations, including Economic Development Centers in greater Los Angeles. He is passionate about utilizing his experience and credentials to move forward organizations and the communities they serve. Eduardo has also attained in the past, his Series 6 and 63 FINRA Investment Licenses along as a Notary Public in California. Eduardo currently practices with the State of California Life, Accident & Health Insurance license. He's also an accomplished Commercial Realtor, licensed within the State of California. He is also partnered with companies that are NMLS licensed and Dre Licensed. It's Eduardo’s truly greatest passion is that being a father & a family man. He resides with his lovely young daughter & is active in his community. |
